Amazing Trip
We visited India for the first time and ETG created a programme that exactly fit the bill for what we wanted to see in a short space of time.

We have used ETG twice now and would definitely use them again
It's always a pleasure Jo! We look forward to planning more adventures together soon!

A bespoke adventure that delivered on every interest of our family.
A family adventure through Rajasthan focussing on people and the planet. A bespoke itinerary brought us into close contact with the hospitable people of India away from the overly trodden traveller routes.

We travelled with Experience Travel Group (Sara Wells). Sara took the time to understand the interests of each family member and helped to put together a unique itinerary that really reflected that.
Thank you for your feedback Cat, I am delighted that all the family enjoyed India and its people!
Best wishes

The perfect taster to India
I was traveling to India for the first time with a friend who’d been there 35 years ago. As two women in their late 60’s we wanted some help and guidance without too much hand holding, this was perfectly arranged into our itinerary. We had a driver throughout the trip who was kind and helpful, we went from Delhi to Jaipur by train then drove to Pushka and onto Udaipur via Fort Kumbhalgarth. We wanted the trip to be about immersing ourselves in Rajastani India, we achieved that in bucket loads! From strolling through New Delhi to early morning markets, rickshaw rides, street food tasting, taking part in a local festival, visiting a block printing factory in Jaipur, shopping for beautiful cashmere, driving through beautiful countryside up to the incredible views from Fort Kumbhalgarth. Then our arrival, as it was getting dark, at our stunning hotel in Udaipur, roaming the streets the next day, more wonderful shopping, a Palace visit, our early morning bike ride into the countryside, a boat trip around the lake and a visit to a treasure store of Indian art and antiques. Sadly we had to come home!

An Exploration of Rural Rajasthan
Our holiday was a varied mixture personalised to our interests in historic towns and sites, architecture, textiles, rural life, wildlife and even the rather niche subject of railways

We are confident that ETG listens to what our interests and preferences might be before constructing an itinerary. They have done a pretty impressive amount of background work to deliver many fascinating and enriching options and not just the standard grand venues offered by other companies. The fact that this was our eighth holiday with ETG basically says it all.
Hi Steve
Thank you for the very kind words, I cannot believe it has been eight holidays that you have had with us.
We really appreciate you continuing to put your trust in us, it is a lot of fun to try and keep discovering our destinations with you.
We look forward to speaking to you again soon!
Kind Regards
Nick

The magic of India
We had a wonderful holiday in Rajasthan which will remain long in the memory. Experience Travel is a tailor made holiday company. We have now had two amazing holidays organised by them. Their consultants are friendly and knowledgeable and their itineraries are a wonderful mix of the ‘must see sites’ and unexpected experiences. Most important perhaps for travellers booking this kind of holiday is the high level of support available before and during the holiday. Experience Travel’s assistance and assurance was especially appreciated on this trip when the hotel we were due to travel to on the next day had a suspected case of corona virus. We were contacted by Experience Travel in London immediately and they arranged a smooth relocation to a new and equally amazing hotel. The company is there to support and advise when you need it but treads softly in the background when you don’t.
Hi David
Thank you for your wonderful review, I am so glad that you had such a good holiday and were able to enjoy the magic that is India!
We look forward to speaking to you again soon and coming up with your next adventure.
Kind Regards
Nick

Indian mega cities and national parks
We started with a few days in Mumbai & ended in Delhi, from where we visited the Taj Mahal. In between we visited Bhopal and Satpura and Kanha National Parks. It was a good mixture given the contrast between the busy cities & quiet beautiful national parks. We particularly liked the peacefulness & variety of wildlife in the countryside. The accommodation & guides were excellent throughout our stay.
