Alternatively Fleewinter would have done our bookings but they were easy either way and I was under no pressure to book transport with them

Rating for tour operator:

Very knowledgeable Gave good honest advice which was particularly welcomed as this was our first trip to Morocco and it was springtime so wasn't too sure about climate etc. All proved accurate. Very attentive sales team that did exactly what they promised at each stage

Wonderful trip

We had a great first time in Morocco - lovely hospitable people and plenty to see and do. The riad we stayed in (hikaya) was very well-situated for walking about the city, and very much in a part of the city where Moroccans live and work. It has been beautifully restored. Kasbah Bab Ourika in the mountains was stunning for views and hospitality, where you could do as much or little as you liked. The perfect combination for us.

Fleewinter gave us first timers in Morocco really good advice, and organised all except the flights. All the arrangements worked well, and the places we stayed in were right for us.

Perfect trip to Morocco with Fleewinter

A wonderful 5 night stay in Morocco, 3 nights in Marrakesh and 2 in Ourika. Staying at the 'riad les 3 mages' was a joy, an oasis in the medina of Marrakech. Great staff and a lovely property in very good upkeep. KAsbah Bab Ourika was also a gem, such a beautiful setting and wonderful food, views and excursions. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Very easy to book, with in-depth and accurate information being provided at all stages. Quick replies to my questions were much appreciated. Transfers were arranged by Fleewinter, as were excursions and special arrangements with hotels, this was very helpful. They provided exactly what we wanted, and more. Well done Fleewinter, and Barabra our rep.

Well organised

We spent a week in Morrocco - half at the Rebali Riads in Sidi Kaouki, near the town of Essaouira and the rest at the Riad Hikaya in Marrakech

Rating for tour operator:

Fleewinter organised our accomodation, transfers from the airport to Rebali Riads on the coast, and then a transfer from there to our hotel in Marrakech for the second half of our holiday. They also organised a trek in the Atlas mountains, again with transport and a guide. Everything went like clockwork and was perfectly organised. The accommodation was superb - couldn't be faulted.

Would highly recommend Fleewinter for holidays

Brilliantly organised by professionals who clearly know their stuff and are passionate in creating a perfect experience for their customers. We used their briefing notes about Marrakech and found them to be very useful and well informed. When planning a trip in the future we will look at the destinations offered by Fleewinter before anyone else.

Fleewinter helped me to plan our holiday in Cape Town (Camps Bay and Winelands) every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and answered every query that I had. Everything went like clockwork and there were no hitches. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and will use them again without hesitation.
