The Holiday of a lifetime

From first contact, they organised the whole trip, and organised all of the itinerary which was stored in a really helpful app called Vamoos. I could check the app to see the countdown to my holiday, the weather, and find out information about the accommodation and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were in awe of the luxury and calm of our destination. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and everything ran like clockwork. The accommodation was so peaceful, it was lovely to learn how to relax for a few days and not have to worry about anything other than whether we should eat dinner inside or outside! The roads are well kept, they are so clean and the gardens are well kept and you really are treated like royalty. The excursions we went on left us with memories that will last a lifetime. I took my 3 year old on a camel ride along the beach, and we went to visit a Berber family for lunch... those memories will stay with us forever (and how many 3 years olds can all their friends that they rode a Camel in Africa?!) Everything about it was amazing. It really was the best time of our lives. Thank you so much.

So accommodating and helpful. They arranged everything for us... so we didn't have to worry about transfers etc. They even arranged for us to have dinner upon arrival! Thank you FleeWinter, I can't recommend you enough!

A great autumn break

A week at the Rebali Riads was a real tonic at the end of November. The weather wasn't perfect but we managed to have breakfast outside in the sunshine most days!

A wonderful tailored short break to Morocco

We had only three nights available but were able to pack in a two night stay in the Atlas Mountains at the wonderful Douar Samra followed by a night of luxury in Marrakesh at Riad Adore. Douar Samra was recommended by our operator Fleewinter and was a great taste of Berber life. The hotel itself is comfortable, the staff are welcoming and the food is delicious, while the setting is simply stunning. The hotel arranged a guide for us to take a trek to the waterfalls, hard work but worth it. Riad Adore in the Medina for our final night was a beautiful luxurious riad with super helpful staff. A really excellent trip.

Rating for tour operator:

Fleewinter is very knowledgeable about Morocco and tailor their trips to your exact requirements. We have used them several times and always found their recommendations excellent and their organisation superb. They know the hotels and riads they work with very well and are able to make recommendations to meet any individual needs. Internal travel in Morocco is always a bit challenging but Fleewinter arrange for cars and drivers that are always safe, efficient, prompt and polite. I cannot recommend Fleewinter highly enough, they are always our first choice for this type of trip.

Family of 5 had an amazing holiday in Vietnam, visiting the cultural and historical sites of Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, spending a week in beautiful Hoi An and Danang and then heading to the buzz of Ho Chi Minh city. One in a lifetime trip!

Stunning

Our first visit to Indonesia Fantastic service from flee winter and hotels matched description on web. Glee winter very responsive, even when we were booking hotels with 24 hours notice. The time difference rarely mattered.

Fleewinter were very helpful in organising a family trip to Morocco with our 3 young daughters. We arranged our own flights with BA. They arranged all our accommodation and transfers. All accom was absolutely fine. Rebali Riads by the beach of Kaouki. The villas had pools (albeit freezing in October) but were perfect albeit an odd area. We had a great day with the chef shopping in the souks, who then taught us various dishes which we ate for our dinner. Fab & the children loved it! We quad biked to the waterfalls (2hrs), hired horses across the beach and camel rides to local fabulous restaurant La Mouette. We ate in every night bar one (Caravane in Essouira - fab a must). We spend 5 full days at Kaouki. In Marrakech we had 2 nights at Riad Hikaya - owner John very helpful. Riad arranged a guide to show us the main sights and souk etc which was perfect as knew nothing of area - engaged children well. Caleche (horse carriage) fabulous and took in different districts of Marrakech. We all enjoyed the perfectly warm 'indoor' pool at the Riad!! On 3rd day driver took us to Atlas Mountains and Bab Ourika Kasbah - huge room for the 5 of us will ample of space. Gorgeous setting, views and gardens but food and drink seriously overpriced. Again, a freezing outdoor pool!! Had a guide for the day to explore Berber markets and gardens etc.

Rating for tour operator:

Fleewinter were very helpful in arranging everything at relatively short notice. All went very smoothly. I should have asked about dinner/lunch prices at Kasbah as there was nowhere else to eat so prices were high. £30 each for BBQ lunch where we had a sausage and couscous. Cheapest wine also £30. Orange juice glass £5.

A breathtaking and exciting cultural experience full of surpises.

The people of Myanmar were so friendly and accommodating. We were amazed how resourceful and artistic they are. Nothing seems to be wasted; we could learn a thing or two from their ingenuity. I cannot think of anything I would like to have changed. A wonderful choice, and not crowded by too many other tourists as yet, although it was low season. Excellent!
