A fabulous taste of Morocco

We had a mixture of medina (Marrakech) and a trip across Morocco to the desert, ending in a luxury hotel just outside Marrakech. It was perfect in every respect.

Atlas Mountain Adventure

A multi centre holiday. Authentic and exciting hotels in the Atlas Mountains with spectacular scenery on the treks. Great guides! A spot of luxury at Dar Zemora and then off to Scarabo Camp to complete our adventure.

A fantastical adventure with both adventure sports and wildlife in super abundance

My expectations of Costa Rica were high and these were excelled! I didn't realise wildlife existed in such harmony and profusion anywhere in the world. Fleewinter have absolutely nailed the country in terms of a great mix of accommodation, activities and support on the ground in country. I would recommend to anyone.

Cape Town - Kruger - Vic Falls by JudeW, 3 Mar 2019

Falling in love with Africa in South Africa and Zimbabwe

We had a three week holiday starting with a week in Cape Town staying in a boutique hotel Camps Bay before eight days discovering the pleasures of the Garden Route and the Winelands and then finishing with five days at Victoria Falls staying on an island in the Zambezi River. With drives into the National Park or River cruises to see the wildlife.

I would recommend Fleewinter . They took our basic itinerary requirements and turned into a fantastic holiday. Fleewinter suggested places to stay we would never have found. Anthea our contact, quickly got a feel of what we like and the style of holiday. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be using them again

Myanmar surpassed all our expectations

All the guides and drivers were brilliant. We really felt that they became friends in the short time that we were with them, and all the guides were so knowledgeable and easy to be with. They were always able to adapt when necessary to accommodate our wishes. We were blown away by Inle Lake. Such an extraordinary place to explore and experience. Lunch at Grandma's kitchen was one of many highlights! A balloon trip over Bagan is a must... truly magical and brilliantly organised. We loved all the boat trips whether in Hsipaw, cruising along the Irrawaddy, or dashing around Inle Lake. The picnics en-route (or in the middle of nowhere in Bagan) were some of the best food of the holiday. The train over the Gokteik Viaduct is a real experience, and not to be missed. It made a great change from long car journeys. The downside of the holiday were the 50 miles of roadworks between Mandalay and Hsipaw - it made the travelling quite stressful and tiring and to be avoided if at all possible by taking the train or even flying to the North of the Shan State while the work is going on. Finally - our final 6 days in the Myiek archipelago were magical. Totally unspoilt and undeveloped (however - there are 11 resorts on different islands that have been given planning permission). Visiting the fishing villages and experiencing their way of life was a real eye-opener.

Rating for tour operator:

This is the sixth time we have booked a holiday through Fleewinter and the advice and help they give throughout the planning process is always invaluable and makes the booking process highly enjoyable. Once again Fleewinter together with Khiri Travel ensured that everything happened without a hitch.
