First visit to Italy, it was memorable with beautiful landscapes, lots of places to visit, lovely boutique hotels and some excellent food and cooking experiences... we will definately be back.

Our Tour Operator provided us with some great ideas, locations, events, places to visit and hotels to stay - it was a memorable experience that was certainly made easier with the local knowledge, informationa and suggestions from our tour operator - a great personal touch. They supported us during our stay and made sure everything was as expected - how it should be really ! They certainly personalised the experience for us, and made it such a memorable holiday (and helped as it was our anniversary too). Simply Brilliant.

I was in very poor health and holding tickets to Glastonbury Festival. Decided on a short break to get 'match fit', I hoped to feel better at the end of a week in the Health resort. I felt remarkably better in just days and then found plenty to do with my new found fitness. Sarah my Fleewinter agent was professional and efficient. I was particularly grateful for this as I was too ill to organise much myself when I book ONLY three days before we flew! Very impressive work by Fleewinter.

They found very appropriate accomodation which we loved, dealt with my disabilities and food intolerances and took care of everything from airport pick up to late check out times to match our flights. Nothing was forgotten. True professionals

Fleewinter booked us into great accommodation and provided reliable transfers so we felt like we had our own personal adventure with the safety blanket of those things in place, which when travelling with children was ideal.

Tailored the holiday to what we wanted and was responsive and flexible to our questions and needs. Had personal experience of the locations and venues to be able to advise us.

We went to Marrakech for 2 nights, then to Essaouira for 3 nights and then on to the Atlas Mountains for 2 nights. This war a perfect way to be introduced to Morocco and to experience the way of life there.

Flee winter were very helpful and knowledgeable and everything they arranged for us went according to plan. We would definitely use them again.

We booked through Fleewinter having had great service from them in the past, this time was no different booking was handled quickly. On arrival we were met by local agent at the property everything was explained, there was a small problem with the wi fi but it was resolved very quickly.
