We had a brilliant family holiday travelling around the Western Cape and also a couple of days in the Eastern Cape. All aspects of the holiday were excellent but especially the food, wine and tours.

Africa Collection were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Great communication skills. Thank you guys.

We knew where we wanted to go and we knew what we wanted to do, we just left it to Africa Collection to flesh out the bones and they did so superbly. All arrangements including tour bookings multiple car hire, and an internal flight all went without a hitch. Special mention has to be made regarding the quality and standard of the accommodation supplied.

Always helpful with changes and amendments right up to departure. The documentation, directions, restaurant guides and travel information was detailed and extremely useful.

We had the most amazing holiday on a 3 night safari in South Africa and then 5 nights in Mauritius. Africa collection made everything very easy and stress free with booking etc.

Really helpful and knowledgeable, made everything easy, completely trusted their judgement.

Overall very enjoyable unfortunately our luggage arrived 4 days late and we had to pay the lodge to have it collected. The hotel on the last 2 days of our holiday did at Victoria falls were did not have details of our bridge tour and there was confusion over our transfer to the airport

We had the most incredible 11-day trip to South Africa with Africa Collection. The itinerary put together took us along the Garden Route and had a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, taking us to locations such as Cape Town, Plettenberg bay, Franschhoek and a safari! The safari was definitely the highlight for us - it was a breathtaking experience seeing such magnificent animals up close, and one I will never forget!

From the moment I contacted Africa Collection to plan the trip, their attention to detail and personalised planning were outstanding! Alex was incredibly helpful and sent us all the information we needed for each area we were in, including top tips, packing suggestions & restaurant recommendations. The service provided made the holiday all the more special and I want to thank Alex and the rest of the team at Africa Collection for making our holiday dreams come true!

James and his team were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions as we had never visited Africa before. He was flexible to give me options on hotels and to add a stop in our itinerary when we found something new. The Avis team of drivers were all fantastic - prompt, clean car, excellent conversationalists. Bushman's Kloof and Akademie Street Hotel in Franschhoek were incredible - don't miss them!

I think "Tour Operator" was James and team who set up our hotels, drivers, and an excursion. He was great!

We visited Kruger and Cape Town. Spent 6 nights in each location. Rissington Inn and Imbali Lodge in the Kruger and The Sir David Boutique Hotel in Cape Town. The hotels were exceptional, the trip was organised perfectly, plus the internal flights and transfers were smooth.

Africa Collection put the holiday together for us from start to finish including car hire. They were available on the phone on Saturday evening when our flight from London Heathrow was delayed and we knew we'd miss our connecting flight to The Kruger. They acted quickly and made alternative arrangements for us before we left London that night - taking away all the stress that initially caused. The accommodation and holiday itinerary was perfect for us as a family of four and we are so grateful for the memories.

Rovos rail trip from Dar es Salaam to Cape Town and then a stay at Bushmans Kloof.

Always kept in touch and provided detailed paperwork about our connections, facilities etc.

A luxury holiday at Woodall Country House and Spa visiting Addo 3 nights 5*, Pumba Private Game Reserve 7 4* all inclusive, I would give them 5*, The Beach Hotel Port Elizabeth 4* 2 nights. All excellent
