I went to Marrakech with my sister to celebrate my 60th Birthday. I had the most amazing time. The Morrocan people are so friendly and the service is brilliant. We stayed at the Riad Hikaya in the Medina. What a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend it to everyone. Through Fleewinter we had arranged for a guide for our 1st whole day (Tuesday) to orientate ourselves and Ali was really interesting and helpful. We visited the Souk, the Jewish quarter,Bahia Palace. Wednesday saw us taking a Caleche to the Majorelle Gardens, absolutely beautiful. Came back via the Tannery, definitely need the mint that the guide gives you!!! Then we visited the Hammam at the Riad and had an brilliant couple of hours, with massage and cleansing etc. Don't miss this !!! That evening our host gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday and the staff brought a Birthday Cake, heaven knows where they got that from !! On or last full day we again had a prebooked Guide and went trekking in the Atlas Mountains and had lunch at a Berber House. What a fantastic day out !! On our last morning we visited the Saadian Tombs and the Badia Palace. By then we felt really at home in the Medina. The whole holiday was just Brilliant !!!

Came across Fleewinter by accident and am really pleased that I did. They were rea information about the area. They listened to our requirements and together we came up with an itinerary that really worked. The accomodation that they suggested was wonderful. Our transport to/ from the airport was on time and the drivers very pleasant and helpful. We had also prebooked our guides for our day out in the Medina and Souk and also for our trip to the Atlas Mountains. Everything ran like clockwork so I would really recommend them.

A brief dip into Marrakech that still holds excitement and advert for those prepared to enjoy the experience. Our Tour Operator, Fleewinter, really listened to our requirements and delivered. It truly surpassed our expectations. The logistics. The location. The accommodation and Hosts. Fleewinter got it so right. It was important to us as we were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Our Hosts even presented us with a celebratory gift. So very kind and unexpected. We cannot recommend Fleewinter too highly and will certainly travel with them again.

First class from beginning to end. Six of us travelled - varying ages but all enjoyed the diversity.

Fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Alisdair knew the area (including our specific accommodation) very well which was really helpful. Trip booked through him was fantastic too - guide was brilliant.

Brilliantly organised by professionals who clearly know their stuff and are passionate in creating a perfect experience for their customers. We used their briefing notes about Marrakech and found them to be very useful and well informed. When planning a trip in the future we will look at the destinations offered by Fleewinter before anyone else.

Stayed in a Riad in Marrakech Medina. Lovely quirky hotel with helpful staff. Culturally so different, yet same time as UK and sunny weather.

Took account of our requirements and gave a no. of suggestions of places to stay. They also provided a range of very helpful tips about key places of interest and options for restaurants.

The trip surpassed all our expectations. Marrakech was an exotic, welcoming tonic, a truly memorable escape from dreary old UK February.

Fleewinters' detailed knowledge and excellent tailored recommendations took all the pressure off me and the result was a relaxed and very happy 4 days spent with friends in a magical destination. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
