My holiday in Montenegro and Dubrovnik was well planned and was much enjoyed .The visits and restaurants were all excellent and the weather was superb.

This was the fourth holiday thta I have enjoyed with Ciceroni. As ever, the holiday had been well researched and planned with a good tour manager and local guides. A major attraction has always been friendliness of the other travellers in the group which contributed in large measure towards te success of the holiday. I consider Ciceroni to be an excellent tour operator.

Well organised. Very knowledgeable guide. Excellent time table with mixture of organised visits with local guides and free time. Hotels and food very good.

Ciceroni experts in varied trips with cultural interests for the customers. Ciceroni H.O. efficient and helpful. Customer not overburdened with paperwork. Concentrate on providing something extra, private or less well known. Small groups for like minded people .

Cultural and historical tour of all we wanted to discover

Ciceroni put together a small group which gelled well. A good balance of sightseeing, leisure time and historical/cultural background.

The holiday was made by the tour guide who should be canonised. A model of clarity, tact and the patience of Job. The whole idea of the holiday was most orginal.

Impeccable in every respect

A wonderful few days immaculately looked after by experienced guide who made it all great fun and full of interest. We saw beautiful places, stayed in great hotels and it was an unforgettable journey through countries I had not visited. The weather was perfect. It was my first holiday as a new widow and to my surprise I enjoyed it very much.

My first trip with Ciceroni. James Hill was "tour guide" and was a mine of information - great sense of humour as well as daunting knowledge. The weather was outstanding and we saw beautiful places and learnt (from James) endlessly fascinating facts about what lay before us. Interspersed with excellent meals at well chosen restaurants. It was a truly great experience and I do hope to go on other holidays with Ciceroni.

As always, Ciceroni excelled in organisation, interest, timekeeping ... everything went smoothly.

Seeing Montenegro and Croatia for the first time made one realise what a politically difficult part of the world the Balkans are. Also how poor they are and how important Tourism is to their economy.
