We enjoyed the whole, varied experience. A great mix of activities and experiences. We felt very well looked after from booking through to returning home. The itinerary worked very well. The JLA agent and all the guides, drivers and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall a very memorable trip.

An excellent whistle stop tour of Colombia's main sites if interest including Bogota, Medellin, Cartagena and the coffee region - with lots of colourful towns.

I have used JLA a great deal over the years - for Tours and bespoke trips. They are generally very good, sometimes outstanding.

A wonderful tour of an amazing country. This was my first trip with Journey Latin America and certainly won't be my last. The organisation was first class but the outstanding feature was the tour leader - Byron who introduced us to so many fantastic cultural and culinary experiences. Hotels were unique and comfortable with good breakfasts. My heart and head is still in Columbia!

We spent nearly 3 weeks in Columbia and found the people very friendly . it's a safe country with lots to see . A great mixture of city tours , time in nature reserves , coffee plantation and on the beach

We traveled round one of the two "usual" tours of Colombia and had excellent guides and tours of the main sites with a lot of interesting talks to locals about the state of the Country. Optimism is high in some points but very low in others, as is probably to be expected. An attractive and varied country with some good hotels and some excellent food although pizza does seem to be the prevalent food everywhere.

Journey Latin America gave us various ideas and we gave them our requirements and we thought they had given us what we asked for and chosen well. All their arrangements went as planned with no hitches even with the landslides on the road from Bogota and Villa de Leyva, with alternative arrangements made to use the telecabine across the canyon and meeting us at either end. Their drivers drivers and guides were excellent.

All the transport, transfers, tours and accommodation were excellently organised.

A holiday seeing different aspects of the country from the capital to the coast with walks among wax palms, underground salt cathedrals, coffee country. Amazing Medellin with beautiful Christmas lights and a feeling of safety. Friendly people throughout and so many unexpected sights including a fossil museum and so much more with a wonderful tour leader who made sure all the group had their individual needs met.

Journey Latin America will try to guide customers to only book holidays suitable for their needs. The itineraries are carefully selected to include a variety of sights with enough time to fully enjoy them. Any individual requests are greed if at all possible and their knowledge of the destinations is superb

We had an amazing holiday in Colombia, which surpassed our expectations. We had the perfect mix of sight seeing, hiking, eating and relaxing. What was great, is that all our requirements were listened to and the holiday we had, matched those. We had planned activities and also time to do our own thing in each place.

We booked the holiday via Kuoni, with the holiday itself, provided by Journey Latin America. they provided us with the holiday we asked for, at a price which was extremely competitive. It was almost the same price to have a tailor-made holiday, as a group tour to Colombia, which would've meant us compromising on our holiday and what we would have done
