Wonderful country, memorable and sometimes sublime scenery and always friendly and helpful guides.

Extremely well organised and efficient company. Nothing too much trouble and helplines in abundance wherever we went. We felt safe and well looked after by such a superb organisation. Their app was fully comprehensible and so very useful. The tour guides and drivers were exceptional and we are seasoned travellers who do not praise lightly except when it is thoroughly deserved.

We had a 2.5 week tour around the sights of Chile. Margot at Journey Latin America guided us through planning an itinerary and planed in the extra days here and there which made all the difference to not feeling you were on the run the whole time. We were gobsmacked by Chile's awesome landscape and the phenomenal contrasts and diversity of environments on show. It's history and future potential ably explained to us by our excellent Chilean guides. Everyone was friendly and helpful , it was a great 1st experience in Latin America. I am hoping my Instagram posts may have persuaded a few more folk to think about it as a holiday destination.

The Itinerary was what we had come up with to make the most of a 2 week trip in a difficult country to get around. Input and advice from LTA certainly helped to refine it and the advice not to do a self drive in Atacama proved to be sound. Inevitably there was a fair amount of travel and flight which eats into the time but despite that we packed a lot in. Starting with a night in Santiago before going to San Pedro de Atacama an a a number of pre arranged trips - deserts lakes Geysers, flamingo and thermal pools all backed by fantastic scenery and lovely accommodation. then off to Puerta Varas for a few days self drive. Maybe not our favourite location but the Casa Mollna was a beautiful stay and the Volcano walk memorable. Patagonia and Los Torres Del Paine really thrilled us with truly outstanding scenery although the number of visitors was something of a surprise and a trip to Laguna Azul provided a peaceful excursion. A day in Valpariso on the way home was a big contrast but we wouldn't have missed it. LTA organisation was key to making it so memeorable

It was a wonderful holiday. The itinerary was well put together and attention paid to details. Great hotels, generally very nice meals when these were included, interesting excursions, all fees included and good guides. We really enjoyed our time in Chile and would definitely book another holiday with Journey Latin America.
