Safari journey across the Okavango Delta in Botswana, Chobe NP and Vic Falls

Whether you're a seasoned safari enthusiast or a first timer, this safari adventure holiday encompasses some of Africa’s most unique and diverse game reserves and national parks. Our first stop is the Khama Rhino Sanctuary on the Botswana border. We then head to the wetlands of the Okavango Delta, where we are gently poled along the water systems in a traditional mokoro (a dug-out canoe). We can see hippo, elephant, giraffe and even lion here in the delta on our walks and canoe journeys, before a sundowner at our wilderness camp. Moving on from the delta we head to the Moremi Game Reserve and then continue along the dirt road in our 4WD to travel through the incredible Savuti Game Reserve. With an abundance of wildlife, we spend each day searching for the big five (buffalo, leopard, lion, elephant and rhino). Savuti is truly a magical place and camping here enables you to really feel the heart of this country and the wildlife. Our last wildlife stop on this safari is Chobe National Park where we are out of the vehicle and cruising in boats hoping to see some of the large elephant population the park is famed for. Further possible sightings include the rare African Wild Dog and many hippo. The grand finale of this safari holiday is crossing into Zimbabwe to the vast and thundering Victoria Falls. This is a very special itinerary and your memories of the wildlife and remote campsites here in Botswana will last a lifetime.
