Very knowledgeable with good advice on viable options. Flexible in allowing us to build own independent section into itinerary. Their selection of reliable local agents certainly took the strain out of airport transfers. We omitted most of the typical excursions as we prefer to do it ourselves and not feel rushed and JLA were happy to accommodate our preferences.

We travelled through Argentina and Chile for a month, seeing some incredible sights such as Iguazú Falls, Atacama Desert, Torres del Paine, and Tierra del Fuego. Every day contained a new exciting experience which surpassed out expectations. All the travel arrangements worked seamlessly, and the guides in all cases were excellent, they couldn't be faulted. With one exception we stayed in first rate hotels. An unforgettable holiday.

JLA were extremely professional, and helpful at every stage of the process, and responded promptly to query emails even during our trip. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We travelled extensively throughout Argentina and Chile for 3.5 weeks taking 8 internal flights. We went from Iguazu in the North through to Patagonia in the South. it was all outstanding. We can't praise JLA enough for their planning and execution.
