Pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi
A spiritually uplifting experience. Despite the sad death of the Pope and our plans having to change, we were kept fully informed. Our local tour guides were excellent, and their advice meant we were able to be at the funeral. The accommodation was superb. It was all wonderful. Highly recommend this firm.

Memorable pilgrimage
A pilgrimage to Assisi and Rome, which was well organised and dealt with unexpected changes to the itinerary. Tour guide Natalie was extremely helpful and felt like part of the group.

Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela and Fatima
Our pilgrimage started on a flight from Los Angeles to London Gatwick Airport. After a few days in Horley (Gatwick area) we boarded a flight to Porto, Portugal. We were met at the airport by our guide and Roman, the driver of a 24-seater van. The airport welcome started a good impression.

Pilgrimage to Fatima and Santiago de Compostela, 16-22 July 2024
From my initial contact with Katherine early in 2023 to arrange a pilgrimage to the Holy Land last November 2023 (which sadly had to be cancelled), to the end of our alternative pilgrimage to Fatima and Santiago de Compostela in July this year, arranged by Melanie, I have been greatly impressed by their warmth, responsiveness and efficiency (which also applies to Chris and all the staff at All Saints). Everything that was detailed in our programme went to plan with a few minor hitches outside All Saints’ control (eg the delayed departure at Gatwick). On the outward flight we were so thankful to be sat close to each other that we were able to swap seats that enabled families to be together. We had a very competent driver who picked us up at Porto, took us to Santiago de Compostela, drove us to the other places in the itinerary, and finally took the group back to Lisbon airport. All our guides were very knowledgeable, particularly Fernando (at Santiago de Compostela) and Sonia (at Fatima). Our hotels were conveniently close to the shrines, particularly Domus Pacis at Fatima. I have to commend the evening meals at Domus Pacis, which were all carefully prepared from scratch, the breakfast buffet was very varied, and the one lunch that some of us had was one of the best during the whole trip. At Santiago de Compostela, some of us were very fortunate to witness the thurible being swung in the transept of the Basilica, and the Pilgrims’ Mass at which our two spiritual leaders were able to concelebrate with other priests was one of the two high points of the pilgrimage for them, the other one being able to concelebrate at the International Mass which was held in the huge square at Fatima. The visit to Finisterre, where the sky met the sea, was particularly impressive, and the lunch at Fisterra was to die for! We did not go to the restaurant recommended by our guide, and went to another one which served delicious platters of mixed seafood salad and paella. The evening Rosary and procession at Fatima was very moving – everywhere around me I could see candlelights, which later became part of the procession that followed the Cross and our Lady as it was carried around the square. All in all, the tour was a tremendous success, and everyone in the group bonded so well that we felt we were all one big family. Everyone has been asking when our next pilgrimage will be. I am now in talks with Melanie for the 2025 pilgrimage to Greece!

All round excellence
A busy trip to several sites and cities involving three hotels in three towns. Everything well organised, especially when we were let down by the locals.
