Vietnam Luxury Overview

Get ready to relax, indulge and be pampered. We have hand-picked the crème de la crème of five-star boutique hotels for this very special trip. Begin in the fast-paced capital of Hanoi before taking a luxury cruise in the majestic Halong Bay. From there you will fly to the quaint town of Hoi An in central Vietnam for a couple of days before winding

Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hoi An - Saigon - Con Dao

Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi and soak up the hustle and bustle of the capital’s winding streets with a private walking tour. Discover the hidden alleyways and coffee shops of the Old Quarter, step inside a “tube” house and meet a local musician before taking a brief cyclo ride around the city. Return to your luxury 5* hotel (designed to make you feel like an opera star for the night) and enjoy your evening at leisure. Hotel de L’Opera is more of an experience than just a place to crash.

Day 2 &3: Take a four-hour transfer by private chauffeur to Ha Long Bay, a beautiful emerald green bay pierced by hundreds of towering lush islets as far as the eye can see. Here you will embark on a wonderful two-night cruise. Paradise Luxury does exactly what it says on the tin – it is a boat that almost mirrors the beauty of the bay. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included.) Please note you can upgrade to a nine-cabin luxury boat or private charter a junk.

Day 4: Bid farewell to the majestic Halong Bay at about 11.30am and enjoy a slap-up lunch at a five-star hotel on the pier before travelling to Haiphong Airport in a private vehicle and taking the short one-hour flight to Da Nang in central Vietnam. From here you will be transferred (45 minutes by chauffeur) to your boutique hotel in the quaint town of Hoi An. Your beach side hotel, the Nam Hai, is the most luxurious in the area.

Day 5 & 6: Spend the next two days at your leisure in the beautiful town of Hoi An, which is perfect for pottering around, shopping at the many tailor stores, and dining at the town’s fabulous restaurants.

Day 7: Board an early morning flight to the modern metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City (also known as Saigon) and take a fascinating private tour of the city. Visit the finest examples of French Colonial architecture in the city before learning about the country’s tragic past at the War Remnants Museum, which houses the most impressive international collection of photography from the Vietnam War. Tonight you will be staying in a fabulously decadent river retreat on the Saigon River where every room is unique and the views quite stunning.

Day 8: This morning you will board a one-hour flight to ‘Paradise’ (also known as the Con Dao islands). You will be transported to a world of pristine white sandy beaches and clear water. A private villa with a plunge pool at a five-star eco resort will become your new home on this breathtaking island, which has been protected for decades as a national and marine park.

Days 9, 10 & 11: Fulfil your wildest Robinson Crusoe dreams on this magical island for two full days before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City on the third day to catch your international flight home.
