Absolutely beautiful area of England that I have always wanted to visit. The hiking holiday was very well-organized by Mickledore. Lovely B&B establishments, luggage transfers and pickups were all perfect, staff friendly and helpful.

Informative, helpful, responsive, kept us up to date. Good package of materials and helpful recommendation for rail agent.

A wonderful walk on the Cornish Coastal Path - stunning views, well planned.

I walked from st Ives to Penzance. The first day was tough and the last day i was tired. But neverthelles i had a good holiday. The lodings were great or good. The organisation was very well done.

Walked 99 miles of the South West Coast Path in the UK, all booked and planned by Mickledore. All went so smoothly, had great weather and the scenery was far greater than expectations. Cant wait to do another section of the SWCP next year...

I had a fortnight's holiday walking from Minehead to Padstow in September 2023. I enjoyed taking an extra day in Appledore during the Book Festival week.

Mickledore delivers. Strong customer interface with prompt responses to queries while in the planning stages, excellent arrangements and accommodations, excellent guidebooks and maps. Personable and warm.

My husband and I walked along the SWCP from Minehead to Appledore and truly enjoyed the experience. We spent 8 nights and walked 7 days along the Atlantic coast and the Bristol Channel coast. We saw beautiful beaches, bays, wooded areas, vast expanses of green fields, and of course sheeps along the way. We stayed at nice lodgings, some that were above our expectations, we were able to enjoy very nice meals in the small towns we walked through. A great vacation overall, even if our knees might disagree with this assessment.

Everything that Mickledore did was excellent: the booking of lodging, the luggage & taxi transfers (always on time), the detailed itinerary, the provided packet (maps, book, list of restaurants, etc). Everyone at Mickledore always responded quickly to our enquiries before our trip and during the trip. I have looked at many websites of agencies providing self-guided walking tours, and I have yet been able to find one agency that provides the quality and quantity of details that Mickledore provides. This was our 2nd trip with Mickledore and we are looking at the 3rd one..Mickledore is an excellent operator with top-notch services from everyone I contacted. We both highly recommend Mickledore when planning a self-guided walking tour.
