It was Cotswold Round walking holiday for 7 nights, covering approximately 60 miles over 6 days, starting and finishing in Cheltenham. The itinerary and all the support services were excellent. Mickledore's communications were timely and efficient. Supporting materials were more than adequate.

They specialise in long distance walking, their offerings cover most of the designated walks and some more. The operations are competently run and give good value for money.

4 of us, all from different parts of the world, met in the UK to hike Hadrian's Wall, east to west. Mickledore travel team did a wonderful job of planning and coordinating every detail, leaving nothing to chance. It was an incredible experience for all of us. We started planning 6 months in advance and Mickledore was with us every step of the way.

Macklemore's tour operator was very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and intuitive. The whole team did a marvelous job of helping us pull this amazing holiday off!

Didn't have one but we had great directions on where to walk as well as lots of information in our books about the area we were in. All these information books were supplied by Mickledore. This is my 2nd walk with them. Highly reccomend.

Mickledore's Cotswold Round is a lovely walk, linking visits to pretty villages to strolls across farmland, whilst crossing small rivers and enjoying wide views across the hills. Crossing this part of the country can even be made more enjoyable by taking time for some of the many gardens (nearly) along the route or historical buildings like Sudely castle.

Dealing with Mickledore is dealing with pleasant people, fast returns to emails and clear answers to urgent questions. Thinking along with the customer, me, and also considering various possibilities, clearly laid out with financial and practical consequences helps deciding on the right design for the holiday. A well filled batch of written information turns out to be very helpfull and enjoyable during the trip.

We walked the "Cotswold Round" staying at Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe, and Chipping Camden.

The accommodations they booked were all first-rate; the transport arrangements they made were excellent and responsive to our needs. The supporting materials provided (guidebook, map, lists of local services) were comprehensive and easy to use.
