We were not expecting much from this visit to Morocco, perhaps because it wasn't as popular, and talked about as Spain or Japan or Italy, etc. However, as the tour progressed, we realized we had made the right decision to visit this beautiful and special country. We left with our hearts full, and with lovely, lovely memories of its landscape, its ancient cities, colorful crafts, beautiful mosques, and most of all, its people - the warmest and kindest we have met.

This is the first time we have travelled with an organized tour group to any country, hence, we have no basis of how an organized tour should work, though we had expectations. Some expectations were met, others were not. We had expected more historical, socio-cultural, popular insights talked about at length, about the areas of the country we would encounter. We felt the information provided were somewhat lacking, and would only be expounded when questions would be asked along the way. We deliberately did not read up much on the country as we would have wanted the first hand information from a truly local, very experienced tour guide. We believe our guide needed a little bit more training in using as much time in enlightening the travelers with historical facts, anecdotes (in addition to what is commonly provided) about the country and places we are about to arrive at, or passing thru. In addition, a variety of food and culinary experience would have been greatly appreciated. We read much about Morocco's culinary offering, but sadly, the places we dined at had limited options. Food did not rank high on this trip for us as we felt, there was more to what was offered in the 9 days we had traveled. Overall, our guide was a wonderful young man and we believe with more intense training, he will be an excellent guide in no time!

Absolutely fantastic holiday, brilliant guide - Elhassan, who knew his stuff and took us on a truly memorable visit around Morocco. The difference between the multiple area we visited was vast and varied, we covered many miles but was outstanding.

Morocco was a feast to the senses. I feel so grateful to have visited such an fascinating country, a melting pot of diverse traditions and cultures. It was such so incredible to transverse the Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert and Ziz Valley. We saw and experienced so much. We had a brilliant knowledgeable guide (Younes) who was calm, patient and organised and a superb driver Sayeed. They made our experience of Morocco a positive one with everything running smoothly and them going that extra mile to make it such a memorable and magical experience,

It was a minibus tour covering many different parts of Morocco from a desert encampment to luxury in Rabat. A great introductio to the country.

We took in the cultural, political, ecomomic and tourist capitals of the country, traversed a mountain range and ventured into the desert. Chefchaouen was a highlight for me. So many different vistas. This has whetted my appetite to revisit by myself in future.

This was a great tour, covering a lot of ground. It was very easy to book and having someone take care of the logistics meant that the travelling was easy, comfortable and we were able to see far more in the 10 days than if I had tried to coordinate accomodation travel/ guides myself.

I had a wonderful holiday with Nomadic Tours. Our guide Younes and our driver Mohamed, were both wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable. We fit in quite a lot of the country on our tour and i was surprised by the varied landscapes and scenery, from the Atlas and Rif Mountains to the Sahara Desert and coast, and everything in between. We learnt a lot about the Berber people and Arabic culture, tried lots of lovely fresh homemade food, as well as some fun activities, like trekking through the desert on camels and sleeping in a desert camp, which was beautiful. Our favourite cities were Marrakesh and Fez with their amazing histories and bustling markets (especially Fez), and the architecture of the mausoleum in Rabat and the Hassan 11 Mosque in Casablanca are just breathtaking. All in all just a brilliant holiday!

Nomadic Tours are brilliant. Sherrie, who looked after our booking, was lovely and very helpful from start to finish. They planned everything perfectly from pick up to drop off and everything in between. They sent us all our trip info with plenty of time to go through everything and they answered all our questions. They really made us feel calm and excited about our trip.
