I was really listened to regarding what I wanted from my holiday. I was given alternatives to things I hadn’t thought about, which I really appreciated. Plenty of attention to the detail of travelling around two countries to make it all run very smoothly. I felt that the Agent had huge knowledge of the countries I was visiting, which gave me confidence to book with them.
