Designed to combine Ireland’s highlights with special places to stay and hidden gems sought out by McKinlay Kidd, this holiday takes you from the bustle and sophistication of Dublin to the dramatic coastlines, lakes and mountains of the West Coast of Southern Ireland.

You start with two nights in Dublin - just about enough time to explore the city - based in our hand-picked accommodation, conveniently located within easy reach of the city centre.

Next, head south to County Cork, perhaps visiting the Rock of Cashel en route. Your base for the night will be the colourful fishing town of Kinsale. Take some time to explore Kinsale before perhaps heading to the nearby city of Cork - we recommend visiting the world-famous English Market. Continue heading west to your next destination - County Kerry. After two days exploring the sights of Kerry, turn north and cross the Shannon by ferry to reach County Clare. After two nights in County Clare, turn east and return to Dublin.
