So disappointed. Wanted to experience Patmos, no airport there so chose to fly to Kos and get a ferry from there. As it was to be our last holiday abroad we decided to go for luxury which is what Cyplon suggests it does. Can I fault the service? Not of the tour guide and the transfers and tickets. But, the accommodation on Kos had to be changed through no fault of our own 24 hours before travelling and it bore no resemblance to anything featured on the Cyplon Web pages, though they claimed it offered the same standard as the premises we were originally booked into.

Cyplon makes claims that it finds luxury accommodations for its clientele well not for us! From the small amount of research we've done, we paid in full for our holiday, this included a stay at the Aegean Houses, which we had to change to the Atlantis Hotel. The Aegean costs about double per night which we had paid for, we got accommodation of a lower standard at the same price as the Aegean, Cyplon claim both properties offer the same standard, we can categorically state, no they do not. We had to beg for everything for the kitchen in the Atlantis, on arrival all we had was a broken glass tumbler. Go on the Aegean Houses website, see for yourself what they offer. The Atlantis is primarily an all inclusive hotel, we never ever stay in those, we like the freedom to choose to self cater or wander round and enjoy local food etc. It's now seven weeks since our holiday, we now find Cyplon claiming they are waiting for their hotel broker to respond to them. They imply on their website that they work closely with accommodation providers, but, in our experience, they clearly do not. We have held back leaving a review hoping they would have the decency to simply refund the money they saved by putting us in lower rated accommodation at very short notice, but with each passing week it seems more and more likely they are stalling in the hope we will eventually go away. They have no idea how disappointed we are with the way they have dealt with us.

A flight to Tel Aviv followed by a connection to Eilat and we were up and running. A chauffeured car to our hotel and we were transported to a place that had barely changed in the 25 years since our honeymoon. In the days that followed we took in the new attractions of sand, sea and Marina life before crossing the border to Aqaba, Jordan and a trip to the magical Red City of Petra. A further few days relaxing in Eilat including our Silver Wedding Anniversary at the wonderful restaurant, The Whale before we boarded a flight back to the cosmopolitan beach and City of Tel Aviv. The excellent facilities of the InterContinental David Hotel beckonned. and we were not disappointed. A great week of beach, pool, street bars, restaurants and live music confirmed why we love we love being there. Our flight home came too soon.

We contacted Cyplon Holidays to create a package that would take in the places we visited on Honeymoon with additions and some new experiences. They took the Brief and away they went. We were presented with a Draft Itinerary which we reviewed and adjusted, prior to Cyplon making the final amendments and booking everything and I mean everything. Every last detail was attended to and Ellia our consultant was great.

Absolutely fantastic service from Cyplon reservations staff during the booking process. They gave quotes for different airports to suit the different families, gave quotes on different room categories. Incredibly patient and helpful and so knowledgeable about the hotels.

From the moment you pick up you luggage at Skiathos Airport,thru to the ferry to Skopelos and onto the Aelos Hotel you receive 1st class service by Romina and Eva who work for Cyplon Holidays. They just give to 1 on 1 great service.

They both could not be more helpful and accomdating. Thank you.

5 days in Santorini, we stayed at the El Creco hotel which was exactly what we hoped for, the hotel was modern, very clean and you felt special, nothing was too much trouble and if your request could be done it was...

After using the usual internet operators to arrange my holidays in the past how refreshing was it to use Cyplon, having someone to talk to on the telephone meant time was saved and money too, a further test was i upon my return to the UK realised i had left my IPAD at the hotel, i called Cyplon, and in 2 weeks it arrived safely at my house, nothing but praise for this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

We booked a package holiday with Cyplon Holiday to Cyprus back in June 2015 and had an amazing time. The hotel was perfect for our needs, all thanks to the recommendation from Angela.

From start to finish, the hotel was great. Cyplon sent us a lovely leather ticket wallet, with all our travel details inside. Very well presented! Our reps were on hand upon arrival at Larnaca Airport to lead us to our Private Taxi Transfer. Will most certainly be doing business again.
