With this holiday you can; enjoy a cruise on the Irrawaddy River, take in Burma's cultural and historical sites, trek through the hills of Keng Tung and explore the immense Lake Inle.
Your holiday starts in Mandalay, where you can take in the atmosphere and explore the cultural and historical sites of Burma's second largest city. You can then move on to the Sagaing Region where there are multiple things to see and do as you tour the old capital of Ava. From there you will embark on your Irrawaddy river cruise before journeying to Mount Popa. Then, immerse yourself in the Temples of Bagan before catching a train to Heho where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit a sustainable elephant conservation project. Next is the impressive Lake Inle before a full days trek from Keng Tung. Your will then visit Dhat Zoam Doi Pagoda before traveling to Yangon, to visit one of Burma's most famous sites, the Golden Pagoda, before flying home.
