Our small group tour was the best way to see this emerging destination. I have noticed this year that new operators are visiting Bhutan for the first time with their maximum group size of 20 to 24, which in this country, I feel would be too large to manage successfully.

Mountain Kingdoms was very helpful before leaving the UK....Always answering the phone and providing answers without having to leave a message or call back. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you to Harry and Jess.

Buthan is isolated but fully connected. No beaches but mountains and experiences. The People are kind and polite. We had 12 days filled with fantastic scenery, challenging environments and climate, a wonderful experience.

Mountain kingdoms know their destinations and employ a local operator who can deliver a cultural experience in comfort.

Hotels varied from 5* to lodges but, all of excellent standard. Tour content cultural and historical , visiting many temples, museums and places of interest. Very competent and efficient Tour Guide and Driver, felt very safe along mountain roads and hiking tracks.

MOUNTAIN KINGDOMS...From booking ,through arrangements in UK and in Bhutan, the' package' was well planned and delivered. ... regular pre-departure information, overall tour flowed like clockwork........
