This is our first experience of dealing with GOA experience, and they were very good with initial booking, providing documentation, and answering all queries.

This was a split holiday, with a week in Gambia near the sea and a week in Senegal. The Gambian week was at a very nice hotel (Coco Ocean) where everyone was lovely and we enjoyed a few trips out to see the world. In Senegal we stayed for three nights in a hotel in a wildlife reserve (fathalla) and then three nights in a hotel near the mangrive islands. Both of these were very fine and again, staffed by lovely, kind and solicitous people/.

Prompt responses to necessary actions - good advice in constructing the holkiday and pleasant to deal with.

Cannot fault Gambia Experience

4 weeks spent at Santana beach resort in Goa. As usual staff were amazing and we had a fabulous time. Weather, food and people amazing. Already booked for next year.

Sonja Furtado was friendly, helpful and polite and is a credit to your organisation.

Hotel was in a state of refurbishment, we were not informed of this. We got a non refurbished room which was in a poor state of repair. Electric, power and water services were very hit and miss. Too many issues to write here. Separate email sent to holiday provider.

Contact in the UK was good. The rep in Gambia not so good.

Very comfortable hotel and great time. Enjoyed the wildlife and gardens at the Hotel. Had Bird Watching/ wildliufe trips which were most enjoyable

We visited Cape Verde in October 2023 exploring 3 islands: Sal, Sao Vicente and Santo Antao. Very diverse islands so different experiences in each.

They helped us plan our itinerary and booked our flights and accomodation. We stayed in 4 different accommodations - 3 were fantastic (although one was changed (luckily) when we arrived in CV following verh poor feedback from other travellers about the place we were due to stay) and the 4th hotel was terrible. The company should not be booking people to stay there.

From start to finish well organised and thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Cape verde. Sal stayed at Hotel Morabeza, excellent in all aspects. Santago island, stayed at Pestana Tropica hotel. O.K., but could be cleaner, bathrooms need refurbishment. Fogo island stayed at Xagute hotel, also needs refurbishment in the bathroom, but generally o.k. Trips on all islands had good guides. Let down by the airline Bestfly, which should lose it's licence.

Not so good on the information and communications side. Won't be going to Cape Verde again because of the internal flights operated by Bestfly.
