Tribes asked us what we thought we might like to do, researched it thoroughly & came up with the perfect/fantastic mix of locations, trips & hotels to give us a flavour of Costa Rica from the Caribbean to the Pacific via forests & lakes in 2 weeks.

A Golden Wedding Anniversary present to ourselves to visit the most amazing and remote Continent in the world. We felt like we were on an Expedition to Antarctica rather than a holiday cruise and we even managed to camp one night in the snow!

As we had to book so far in advance we were very happy with every aspect of our tour operator.

Fascinating locations and wildlife.

All the arrangements Tribes made were spot on. If only Avianca were as good!

Tracy Edwards at Tribes certainly has extensive knowledge and experuence of Costa Rica. Which was demonstrated to a T in the enjoyment we experienced on pur holiday. The Planning, communication, questions etc etc was second to none with nothing to much for Tribes. As a result of Tracy and Tribes knowledge in their capacity as a travel agent and their destinations the service is second to none.Vamoos app made a great diary and check of our holiday. We spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica and travelled from coast to coast between hotels recommended and booked for us by Rory our consultant at Tribes travel. The service was excellent - all hotels were expecting us and tour buses arrived promptly. The stops were arranged to allow us to see different aspects of Costa Rica including the pacific and Caribbean coasts and the volcanic region. All of the hotels were wonderful and lived up to expectations. The company also organised tours for us that enabled us to become informed about the flora and fauna of Costa Rica as well as having adventures and a great deal of fun. Seeing the wildlife up close was very exciting.

I contacted Tribes following an internet search and they provided an excellent service from the start, recommending an itinerary to meet our needs and interests and within our budget. Our consultant Rory answered all our questions in a timely manner and all paperwork was in place well in advance.
