Sea kayaking on the west coast of the Island of Lewis.

Wilderness Scotland, with whom I have made many trips have excellent guides, and I have always enjoyed my time with them.

I had a fantastic trip with Wilderness Scotland to the Outer Hebrides. We had 3 nights in a bunkhouse, 2 nights camping ( 1 wild camping on Taransay - a first for me) and one in a hotel. Kayaked in the most beautiful scenery with 2 fantastic guides who were able to tell us about the history of the islands and about the wildlife. A great group of interesting people, and some lovely food (the guides were happy to cook plant-based for me). I highly recommend this trip.

A six-day sea kayaking expedition for clients with a little experience of kayaking, on the West Coast of Scotland, paddling on each day to a new wild camp site.

Based in Scotland, running walking, cycling and canoeing and kayaking holidays, with guides usually but also self guided trips.

A back to nature sea kayaking adventure around the coasts of Harris and Lewis lead by experienced guides with an option to go on expedition for 2-3 days wild camping. With magnificent scenery and wildlife this is a trip not for the fainthearted as weather conditions can change rapidly, but we were able to explore a diverse and magnificent coastline from immense cliffs to calm sandy bays with turquoise water. We also saw orca, porpoises, seals, wonderful jelly fish and sea/golden eagles. Guides are experienced and professional but also provide a personal touch.
