We have travelled with JLA on several occasions both group and tailor-made trips. The overall experience has been very good with well chosen hotels in good locations. Advice on places to visit has always been well thought out and the guides are very helpful. The JLA App is very useful for a quick reference. We have frequently recommended the company to other people who are thinking of travelling to South America.

We booked an 11 day trip to Peru, 1 day in Lima, 2 days in Sacred Valley, 4 days to complete The Inca Trail, 1 further day at Machu Picchu, 3 days in Cusco. Our trip was organised perfectly by Millie and our tour guides in Peru were absolutely wonderful in every way.

Once in a lifetime holiday for husband's 60th so very special. Challenging hike up Lares Pass in Peru (4,500 meters, 14,800 feet)! Good food, wine & beer, lovely guides, decent accommodation... Machu Picchu was the crown jewel of the trip.

We visited Peru for 3 weeks including the Inca Trail, Lima, Ballestas Islands. Nazca lines,Peruvian Rainforest, Cusco & The Sacred Valley and finally Lake Titicaca, the list of different experiences and sights were amazing. We have travelled extensively, but from the itinerary to the local agencies, every detail was so well planned. We have sent our sincere appreciation to Journey Latin America and would recommend their services to anyone that is considering a memorable holiday experience in South America.

Great organisation, even to the point of when minor things went wrong outside of their control the local agencies managed to find solutions.Every single pick up was on time and exceptional service when a local strike brought forward our hotel departure from 10.00am to 05.00am our local guide arranged earlier transport and stayed with us for 5 hours until our flight was checked in. The overall service was exceptional.
