Lake Bodensee was a lovely surprise. The lake is vast and offers a range of different resorts around its shores. The cycling routes look particularly appealing around the lakeshore as does the very clean water for bathing, sailing & other water sports. The ferry boats and railway systems of Germany, Switzerland & Austria offer a wonderful mode of relaxing transport. The ferries run to tight schedules & provide access to all corners of the lake. We experiences lovely September weather without huge crowds.

The Tour Manages as excellent & very experienced having to deal with numerous delays and missed connections.
