Whistlestop tour of Brazil - Rio, the Amazon, and Iguazu, plus a few days in Buenos Aires
A bucket list trip to see the Amazon jungle, and Rio, with Iguazu and Buenos Aires the only other places we could fit in to a 2 week trip. The flights , accommodations, transfers all worked well, and made for a relaxing holiday - especially given all the travelling involved.

Rating for tour operator:Very helpful in discussing all the options for the trip, and for setting out the itinerary. Local reps in place made sure everything worked smoothly. Accommodation and excursions were great. Good all-round service, including when problems of my own causing (missing outbound flight!) occurred.

Rating for tour operator:I was a first time visitor to Argentina and the advice and guidance was spot on.
An Unforgettable Trip
Our tour was organised by Journey Latin America to our requirements and lasted just over 3 weeks taking in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. We visited Rio de Janiero, Iguassu Falls, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Salta, the Andes and Patagonia. Our best moments were our self-drive road trip through Purmamarca, Cafayate and Molinos and wildlife watching in Patagonia but we also loved our time in Rio.

Rating for tour operator:The varied itinerary was well thought through and well paced. The pre-travel information, guide books and itinerary were all very clear. Our operator was well informed, flexible responsive and helpful. The general standard of hotels was very good and transfers punctual, smooth and well managed. When we did hit a problem (a lightning 1 day strike by Argentinian Airlines), our operator stepped in an organised new flights and overnight accommodation, so support from home was excellent. Representatives in all of the places that we stayed were well informed, helpful and pleasant. We have already recommended JLA to friends.
Fantastic experience from start to finish
We visited Buenos Aires, then made our way to the Iguazu Falls, then onto Rio de Janeiro and finally onto IIah Grande, a tropical island to relax for the last few days. It was a fantastic expriance , one that we will never forget.

Rating for tour operator:We used Journey Latin America, they tailor made the trip to meet my needs , including my specific instruction that I wanted to see a Tango show on a specific night of my partners birthday who's dream was to see Tango danced in Buenos Aires. All the plans made by Journey Latin America were faultless and we had a trip which will last in our memory forever.
