Very well organised trip incorporating the vast landscapes of Patagonia in the south to the Atacama and Salta regions in the north, with the bucolic wineries in the middle.

Extremely attentive in listening to our requirements with sound advice from experience. Delivered accurately and well.

A trip to Argentina, including Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, El Calafate and El Chalten. Sightseeing, Hiking, visiting the Glacier and a bit of birding. Followed by travelling into Chile and Torres Del Paine. Staying at Eco Camp in the National Park where we hiked, ate great food, met wonderful people and tracked Puma !

Nothing was too much trouble for Journey Latin America. Everything was organised perfectly. They kept us fully informed during the trip and the guides and drivers that they use locally were all fantastic.

Everyone has a travel bucket list. This should be one of the places you have on your list. Chile and Argentinian’s raw beauty will be your reward. From the snow capped mountains with their rugged/ Jagged peaks, to enormous blue iced glaciers, to hiking pristine valley/mountain trails, cruising on glacier fed lakes, to green foothills, to dry arid waste lands, Patagonia has something for everyone. That’s exactly what this trip offered. A generous taste and assortment of adventures and experiences. I was not disappointed and you shouldn’t be either. If you’re on the fence, go for it.

As most travelers will tell you, it’s the quality, professionalism, knowledge and personality of your tour leader or director that can make a world of difference. Duncan Griffin, , was one of those individuals. His insights and natural way of anticipating your question before you could ask it, was truly amazing. I would not hesitate to go on another tour were Duncan was our leader and you shouldn’t either.

Well organised with an excellent tour guide. A variety of experiences, good hotels and mostly good knowledgeable local guides. Briefing document very helpful.. I have a walking problem that means I’m a bit slower than others and can’t do long distances. Tour guide was very helpful and all worked well.

We travelled to Santiago in Chile, then down to Patagonia and the Torres del Paine, before going into Argentina, glaciers and the Fifzroy mountain range. Finally we flew to Buenos Aires for four nights.

The level of service was excellent throughout from the time we enquired through to our return and beyond. Arrangements were smooth and our tour leader was particularly good, matching our needs and requirements perfectly and in a straightforward manner. We cannot fault the holiday itself. We have been most impressed by the level of service when our first flight (London to Madrid) was cancelled at 23.55 hrs , causing us to miss our connection to Santiago and to miss a day of our holiday. The airline (BA/Iberia) was hopeless giving little information and no assistance beyond a hotel for what remained of the night. We called our tour operator in the early hours of the morning and they provided assistance and support overnight, and contacted us again the next morning to make sure that we were on track. On our return to the UK they have assisted us in our claim for compensation. Much appreciated a nod a professional service all round
