We are creating 2 new posts as a result of our continued expansion. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals committed to the highest standards of customer service to join our small and busy team based in Keswick.

Destination Specialist Permanent/Full-Time £17,000 - £22,000 pa. plus bonus
The postholder will take a lead role on specific routes within our portfolio. Responsibilities will include dealing with clients’ enquiries and bookings, booking accommodation using our bespoke software, researching new accommodation, and assembling comprehensive holiday information packs. The postholder will also be involved in the development of new holidays. The posts is mainly based in our office in Keswick but will also require some fieldwork, including walking one of the routes each year.

Applicants must have excellent communication and computer skills; an ability to work under pressure; a detailed knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; accurate data entry skills; and an enthusiasm for walking in the hills and countryside of the UK. These posts are full time but part time working may be considered for exceptional candidates.
