We asked and got 4 nights on both La Gomera and La Palma with all flights/ferries tickets/boarding passes and taxis to two quality hotels.Local contact details were provided for the Tenerife offices as well as both islands.In addition there was a 24/7 UK helpline. Without fuss ,late in the day Cachet Travel (Thorsten) advised Easyjet about a change in passport details. Hotel choices were discussed before the details were finalised . All e-mails had a response within 24 hours. The arrangements were seamless- drama free if you like- which is why we would strongly recommend Cachet Travel- I have been coming to the Canaries since 1975 -and know if you want to travel to the smaller islands - unless you want the drama- use people who know these smaller islands -such as Cachet Travel.

As I mentioned above- They know what to recommend / how to arrange what you finally want to do - they know that being a little off the beaten track so to speak- they know clients (particularly those with little Spanish- need a local English speaking contact - not just a UK contact.

So many visits to this island and this year probably the best. They are steadily recovering from the pandemic - new businesses opening in main street; restaurants staying open a week or so longer at the season's end; a new harbour with real yachts in it. Everywhere smiles and courtesy and excellent value. Weather amazing. George's motorbikes wonderful. A freshly caught and prepared fish lunch in Chrisomilia - not to be missed.

We found Cachet travel through a random internet search and are so glad we did. We were looking to visit Istanbul and see some of Turkey but didn’t want a standard package trip or a guided tour. Ghislain and his team are very knowledgeable about the areas they cover so, after a couple of phone calls, we chose an itinerary to fly into Istanbul, drive down the West Coast & fly back from Dalaman. We gave our preference for small, independent hotels and let them do the rest. The arrangements were excellent, we loved all the hotels we stayed at and the attention to detail on our itinerary was superb, including recommendations for places to stop en route. When we did have a small hiccup (We left a bag on a ferry!), there was a friendly, helpful voice on the end of the phone to sort it out. Will not hesitate to use them again..top marks, thanks Cachet.

We just spent two weeks touring the numerous historical sites of Aegean Region of Türkiye on a fly/drive holiday arranged by Cachet Travel. All the arrangements worked perfectly, the carefully selected boutique style hotels ranged from good to outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We visited twenty different archaeological sites, but also saw much of this beautiful region, explored many small towns and villages and sampled the delicious food.

We put our arrangements fully into the hands of Cachet Travel, selecting their recommended N1/14 Essential Discoveries itinerary. We needn't have worried, as they have a very real in-depth knowledge of the area and their suggestions were all first class. The whole process, from initial enquiry and confirmation, through pre-departure information and actual arrangements was all perfect.

We visited Chios, staying in Katarraktis. The journey consisted of a flight from Manchester to Athens, an overnight stay in Athens, a flight to Chios, and then a taxi to the accommodation. The accommodation (Ostria Studios) was basic but very clean and well maintained, with friendly owners helping us to make the most of our holiday by advising us where to visit and arranging taxis for us.

I have travelled with Cachet Travel for many years. They are extremely helpful and come up with suggestions and alternatives to help me get the most efficient and economical holiday in my chosen venue but with maximum enjoyment. Everything always works as it should. I cannot fault them at all. I had a lovely holiday.

We had an excellent two weeks on this fascinating island. The accommodation (first a cottage and then a country hotel) was of an extremely high standard and both were very well run. Both were beautifully situated. There is so much to do and to see on this remarkable island, and we had car hire included to help us get around. The weather was excellent (November) and we had beautiful food in the restaurants. Almost nothing disappointed us throughout the holiday, and we really recommend Tenerife to anyone who likes exploring old towns and beautiful and remarkable countryside. A trip up the road to the volcanic landscapes of Mt Teide is a must!

Cachet Travel have an excellent website, well organised and very informative. This allowed us to make good choices of accommodation that suited our wishes. Furthermore they worked very hard to secure our first choices when initially one of them appeared unavailable. The follow up paperwork was extremely efficient. We rated the holiday very good value for money.

We had 2 weeks in Crete spread over 3 different locations. All were truly excellent. Some of the driving was a little hair raising over the mountain passes but worth it for the amazing views.

Cachet travel were friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. When we had a slight problem at one hotel it was easy and quick to get hold of the rep to help. Car hire was the easiest and least problematic that I have ever encountered.

We enjoyed a week 200 m from the beach and a pleasant walk into the busy town . Very impressed by the excellent bus service - 2 euros to get to Stavropol in the Akrotiri. The town tour is recommended too.

We have holidayed with Cachet before and know that their choice of accommodation will be good. Prompt and friendly service. Have every confidence in them

I have been to this island many times before, and travelled with Cachet each time. We always have a wonderful holiday and this one was no exception.

Their politeness, attention to detail and breadth of knowledge is second to none. They use only the best accommodation. All travel arrangements (flights, transfers etc) are 100% reliable. I cannot recommend Cachet highly enough.

Very quiet and peaceful, Maris hotel is set in mature gardens alongside a beach with plenty of (free) loungers,and calm clear blue sea. Food and staff are lovely, we will definitely go again. Try to get a flight which lands by 4pm as the drive over the mountains is quite hair raising in the dark.

Everything was arranged a arrived on time but never saw a rep and were given no help after arrival.
